1. Information we collect
When you use ListIQ, we collect your email address for the purpose of delivering your results. We also collect the listing information you submit in the input form, which is used solely to generate your optimized listing. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
2. How we use your information
Your email address is used to send you a link to your results and to allow you to recover your results for up to 7 days. Your listing content is sent to the Claude API by Anthropic to generate your optimization. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.
3. Data retention
Your results are stored for 7 days from the date of your optimization, after which they are automatically deleted. Your email address is not retained beyond what is required by Stripe for payment processing.
4. Third party services
We use the following third party services: Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic Claude API for listing optimization, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
5. Cookies
ListIQ does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use essential cookies required for the operation of the service.
6. Your rights
