ListIQ is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyze and rewrite Airbnb listing content. By purchasing and using ListIQ, you agree to these terms. ListIQ is a product of Moridesa LLC.
2. Payment and refunds
ListIQ charges a one-time fee of $29 per optimization. Because the service delivers a digital product instantly upon submission, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your results, please contact us at info@getlistiq.com and we will resolve it.
3. Use of results
The optimized listing content generated by ListIQ is yours to use however you choose. You may copy, edit, and publish it on Airbnb or any other platform. ListIQ makes no claim to ownership of your results.
4. No guarantees
ListIQ provides listing optimization based on best practices and AI analysis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased bookings, higher search rankings, or improved revenue. Results may vary based on market conditions, property quality, pricing, and other factors outside our control.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ListIQ for any unlawful purpose or to submit content that is fraudulent, misleading, or violates Airbnb's terms of service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moridesa LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ListIQ. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
